Not sure but i bet it is smaller than the 4 hectacres. My bet is that the town wants to force Cen to buy the ajoining properties. That has been the game all along. JMO.

There is a reason that the Town Council chose the random number 4 hectares. As stated in many many times, the property is 10.3 acres, which is roughly 4.17 hectares. The Town Council is making sure that Cen Biotech complies with the new amendment.
