OK, I am going to be nitpicky here. I am sure JB wrote those last three words to reflect his genuine confidence in the minerals here and in progress with potential JV partners. In due course. As in, it's gonna happen; it's inevitable.
But another connotation of "in due course" is more like "when it's time." Or "eventually."
Now that I've gone this far into just making things up, there is also a secondary audience for these NRs which would be all the people/companies LBSR is talking to. "In due course" could have a subtly different meaning there. Not hostile. But like, "One way or another, with you or without you, we're going to do this."
I'm going with the patient, steady progress intent of the phrase. And now I am done beating a dead horse about due course.
