We don't know how much JNJ has spent on this case. They have in-house lawyers.
For tens of millions of dollars, they could have bought decn on the open market.
Neither has anyone yet to post a reasonable explanation why it is so obvious to some people on this thread that this is such a slam dunk case yet it has zero following elsewhere, despite being purportedly a closely watched case.
