I did post these notices on September 18 and the 30th, but the 'to da moon' posts swept my posts off the pages faster than a blink.

The viral pumpfest wasn't compatible with cold, hard facts.

Maybe now the facts will sink in that NSEH is ordered by the Court to dilute as many shares as needed to pay off Stephen Hicks' $2.5 million Settlement....and THAT was why NSEH increased the A/S to 3.75 billion, and higher if needed.
