There isn't any timeline that the FCC needs to follow, they don't need to respond at all on items. However this NPRM was written by the FCC so a report and order will come. Was "guessing" the Gsat nprm would be on circulation by the end of October and adopted within two months like the request for Nprm. That's my guess,all imo.
