Has it only been hundreds that have been ripped off. I thought Treaty was claiming to have thousands of shareholders. If so, then thousands have been ripped off by Treaty. And then there are the very many who are contractors, vendors, service companies, lien holders and lawsuit plaintiffs, just to name even more.
