Reyprimo - yes, but so far the courts have refused to even look at the third amendment's illegality, because they classify the decision as a 'business judgment' not a 'legal judgment' that they cannot overrule.

There is another difference that FNMA ,did not need money !!! . Also returned it very quickly all the money.
