They didnt lie... The word is expected it doesnt mean nothing doesnt come up and change it like a harsh winter or the shop didnt work or OH i know the competition got a cheaper rate.. All thee above can happen and change the revenue stats.. Kinda like a normal company that shit happens sometimes..
