Certain? Was getting $600K for Brett certain? Is it certain Perry can't sell another property? 25% of the Ruby? Heck the equipment at auction would pay off half their debt.

To say anything is certain is dismissing all the other possible scenarios.

After all what is better for NBRI destroying the investors? Or shedding 10% of the companies assets to pay the debt off?

Seems simple to me which one will occur.
