My speculation is based on current communication with the company and not based on VERY OLD historical unrealized efforts. Happens all the time! New efforts and new efforts about to materialize. :-)

I believe OTC reported dark OR defunct. This is accurate from information gathered from BMGP and OTC markets. Thanks
