I'm not selling till buyout. My luck there would be THE BUYOUT right after selling/flipping. II would rather have multiple millions instead of just a million dollars. Holding till the end.

Sorry that math is totally mistaken. I'll take actual ROI in the real world any day. .068 to .292 gain outweighs the loss from .97 to .292 if only slightly. Glad I cleared that up. Thanks & Next LOL LOL

And I agree the puny 70% loss is dwarfed by the 400% gain - again LOL LOL

your math is wrong. if you bought at .06 and sold at .97, you made .91. If you bought at .97 and sold at .29 you LOST .68. WOW is right.
