That would be very unwise to assume there aren't any financial obligation leftover from TTDZ.

Don't you think it was odd the Lykiardopoulos didn't provide financials for 2013.

This is setting up for some notes that will be in default to show up and be converted to shares.

You need to read the Attorney letter as he addresses the issue of the missing financials and the responsibility of old debt if PVCL can't pay - and looking at their financials they can't pay for a cup of coffee.
