the buybacks do not start until the end of this week,what has happened is the old ytrv debt conversion that have been unloading on bid since about aug. 1 have finished ,now the one conversion of 1 billion that was going to hit the float on dec 1 is now being bought back with cash on hand over the next few days,This means there will be no more toxic debt hitting the float ever again.Once the debt is purchased ,then mngg will start purchasing the float,that is when the PPS will really begin to rise.We have reached a turning point ,now the bulls will take over.
