What does that have to do with Treaty? Treaty is in the business of ripping everybody off... Treaty couldn't make money pumping oil because all they got out of there crap leases was water and now they are telling folks they are a "water company"....
That has absolutely nothing to do with Peak oil. Yes the facts do need to be straight alright, but not on my end. Exxon pumped less oil because they have no place to put it and it can't be refined. There are not enough refineries to handle all the oil. You reach Peak when you are running out of oil, and you can't find it in the ground, not overflowing with it. LMAO
