A/S = 1B according to SEC files (10K, 10Qs). Also, always check the State the Company is incorporated with. Wyoming SOS also states A/S 1B. Since, STTK is still an SEC filer they cannot change the A/S without filing a SEC Form 14C to change the A/S. Hope this helps. GLTU
