You can't - PRPM was heavily shorted from .0025 down to .0001, following the vast number of trades executed below the current BID and ASK being offered at the time.
Guys that BAGHOLD this POS despite being warned since last Jan just love to pull out the "it's being shorted!!" card when a FRAUD like this tanks.
Facts are most penny's are nearly impossible to short although this POS did at one time have someone shorting 29,000 shares--out of 12 BILLION---OMG!!!!
The other crutch is "the MM are playing games with the pps!!" YAWN...what it really is would be the GULLIBLE finally figuring out they've been royally HAD by Eddie and LOOTER and were selling this SHAM as fast as they could.
