imo -- this has nothing to do with reversing the Lambert ruling on appeal

If I were the judge --- and its this case - as described right below - I would look to Lamberth and toss it too

This has less bearing then the market is giving it - connecting the plaintiff dots here would be excruciating - and any judge would look for an exit
