Skully-None here can prove dilution
This is Stock chart's definition first,
Chaikin Money Flow (CMF) An oscillator that helps signal if a stock is undergoing accumulation or distribution. It is calculated from the daily readings of the Accumulation Distribution Line. The CMF is unlike a momentum oscillator in that it is not influenced by the daily price change. Instead, the indicator focuses on the location of the close relative to the range for the period (daily or weekly). See ChartSchool article on Chaikin Money Flow.

There is buying pressure when a stock closes in the upper half of a period's range and there is selling pressure when a stock closes in the lower half of the period's trading range.

This is why CMF has been negative, we have had a LOT of peeps exit for some reason or the other lately and I mean a LOT!
This is the Main reason.

Now IMO the Dilution can only be seen on a Level2 platform and each stock is different by the amt. of shares the MM's are dumping 5k,10k 50k,100k lots at a time, but they are carefully hidden into the "release" during the day so you have to watch every buy and sell, and then use your own judgment as to what you see.
