lol he got it backwards. Hey meant to say:

"for the same reason cops want fewer crooks"

We both know the more money the government has access to, the more of it gets skimmed or flat out wasted.

And its ironic cuz every time the Pentagon wants to save money, both parties in Congress refuse to let them.
