we may be looking at Feb 2015, especially since from mid Dec. through the New Year, not much happens.

It's interesting that none of these incremental steps have garnered any market action, except selling.

After the multiple screw-ups over the years, they're understandably "once bitten and twice shy".

Back to waiting.......for Godot?
