I-Glow, why Audited Financials is a Nonissue...

Per OTC Markets standards, a company ”is not” required to have Audited Financials as they are also not required to have their financials done by a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Having Audited Financials and using a CPA is only required if you were going to be filing with the SEC. To maintain OTC Pink Current Information Status, the requirement is that you only have to make sure your financials are done in GAAP format of which GRCU’s financials are. OTC Markets also only requires that you use someone that you as a company trust to do your financials as they do not have to be done by a CPA.

For a much deeper understanding as to how some multi-billion dollar companies have done very well with having maintain OTC Pink Current Information Status, read below:

So, I think that until GRCU make known that becoming fully reporting to deliver Audited Financials is on their agenda for achieving, I think it is very safe to understand that it is fair to not expect any Audited Financials from GRCU and to understand that such is not a stumbling block for them. Remaining on the OTC Markets and maintaining the OTC Pink Current Information Status is fine. It won't slow any of their growth. The market has accepted this level of transparency and is fine with this level of transparency. I personally think either way is fine; audited or unaudited financials.

From researching the info below, GRCU will do fine by remaining current on the pink sheets for now in my opinion. There is actually by far more ”Dollar Volume” that enters the market for buying OTC Pink Stocks than it is for the market for buying OTCQB stocks which is the classification for those Fully Reporting filing companies that file Audited Financials with the SEC as can be seen from comparing the Dollar Volume info below:
