The lawsuit concerns Hurd Elton and Diaz who were working for ISI during the 1990s and 2000s What comes into play is
"Misappropriation of Trade Secrets!!.
Misused IP rights of TMMI!!.
Infringement rights!!.
Misappropriation and converted IP from TMMI!!.
Unfair competing against TMMI by making false statements and claims asserting their ownership of TMMI's Source Code etc....

The Defendants replies, in their Answers and Counterclaims are DENY, refusing to admit the truth!!.That's what you would expect, with a weak defense;Remember their own lead attorney stepped down, after he was defeated in court!!.
