$750,000 price tag for????? For nothing that has been filed legally. This is an inside, backdoor deal. NO LEGAL CHANGES.

They did not say what part of the $750k went to Crane. I doubt much of any did. I doubt there is any credit facility for more than $1million if at all

But I know it has all the makings of a backdoor deal that you will never know the true details. This is supposed to be a holding company and they don't even know how to do a simple transfer. If it wasn't all monkey business you would see a change of ownership.

A real deal would have went like this...give me my money, let's get the filings done, and then get that junk out of my yard.
That's a purchase.
