i'll let you in on a little secret re: PTOI
there is a difference between investors and traders

using myself as an example .. i have (via personal acct)
15 *tax lots* @ 10c or below (first is on 12.31.13)
.. my last buy was the partial *fill* of 3500 shares
@ 05c .. last week .. duly noted on PTOI's tape/trades

i haven't sold and i have no intention of doing so @ this price
see that 50,000 @ 1.25 .. not my placeholder .. but even that doesn't *tempt*

i'm waiting for mgmt to issue material events that can't be *misinterpreted*
my expectation is sequence starts b4 or @ the time 3rd Q is filed

imo 2 price points will *entice* .. investors .. 3 to 4 bux and 7+

zero doubts >> partially laddered cover on PTOI is 20.00 to 40.00
(not to be CONfused with mkt cap)

4+ years of *aggregate* undertakings specific to the stock and co. have fooled few *investors*
comfortable with their DD specific to P2O

when it comes to the OTC where PTOI currently resides .. i never CONfuse the stock price
with the company

the given re: the OTC >> it's both poorly watched and heavily manipulated

i've done my part re: the poorly watched part .. specific to *documentation since 2010*

imo documentation is the PROs' achilles' heel

i fully recognize my risk tolerance re: P2O/company and PTOI/stock ..
