Oh we get what you're saying but MM's do manipulate, it's a fact. They do play games sometimes right before a run or some kind of news.

mm's are market makers, not the brokerages you mentioned. THey can make money by manipulating the bid/ask, although I agree that too many people are paranoid about mm's and blame them for everything that doesn't go their way.
MM's are not required to show you all the shares they have available at any certain price, so just because he shows 1 million doesn't mean he doesn't have another 100 million or so available.

BTW this stock is most likely going nowhere and will end up reverse splitting. Court ordered share selling and I've never seen a .0001 stock that didn't r/s.
