#10809 RE: raptornuts #10807

The COMPANY said, "the grade of mineral that we currently have stockpiled is not the desired grade of Steinbock, our master distributer[sic] ..... we neither have the current capacity to further refine the mineral to an acceptable grade nor the ability to find another buyer for the material."

The $105 per ton price from Steinbock would indicate a they wanted a relatively low grade of barite, NOT chemical grade. The stockpile DOES NOT EVEN MEET THAT LOW GRADE!

The COMPANY went on to say, "The incremental expense of either hiring an additional staff member or contracting with an outside party to have our lots certified and qualified in lots and specific grades of materials would be significant and cost prohibitive", and further, "The Company is NOT in the position to bring on a staff member or incur the expense of routinely contracting with a qualified geologist or an otherwise expert in the field of classification and certification of barite as related to certain grades of qualities."

In view of the company's own words, above, the "stockpile" IS virtually worthless to them.

No one has yet seen anything that would indicate that Valentine's tribute is not still legally in force or that he must vacate or that Mabwe can enter the site for ANY purpose. If you know of such information, please post a link or backup as I have done. Without any source corroboration it's merely conjecture and wishful thinking.

It's always important to have accurate information and I anticipate the company will have more and possibly fatal problems in the near future. There are reasons why QS dropped them like a hot potato and why they've been so quiet since early in the year and they don't have anything to do with Peter Valentine.

There is plenty of API Grade on site

Says who? I have yet to see a single technical document, a geological report, a feasibility study, a drilling report to back up a statement like that. A simpleminded misinterpretation of a graphic from a gravity survey doesn't count.

Or did I just miss it somewhere mixed in with all the comic book newsletters?
