Then either staff the SEC properly or get rid of it altogether!!! Imo if they did investigate the illegal trading at ACTC and were able to convict some mm's and heavily fine them and hopefully get them thrown in jail for a long time, it might make other folks think twice before trying it. Sorry-I just cannot buy the notion that the SEC and/or other agencies/individuals are powerless with obvious flagrant activities like this. For me there is no difference with what goes on with stocks like ACTC and someone robbing a bank or even convenience store.
