Yes SEC was working with RCCH. Which proves Gene sold discounted shares to Gendarme and then Gendarme sold them into the market before they legally were allowed to sell them. The SEC case was not about NSS activity by Gendarme it was about selling real RCCH shares. The shares Gene dumped at a time some claims RCCH is doing fine. That view does not compute.
