Exaggeration. One doesnt have to be touched by God to want to spend a few minutes every week or so posting messages on an annonymous board. The agenda is simple- i want this company to FAIL because it is run by crooked people. The evidence is in the statements. Professional fees that have been brought up ad nauseum, double talking press releasrs- too many inconsistencies. Call it spite if you want. Im sure msgs like this have helped at least a few ppl. I could care less if you can wrap your mind around this logic. It is pretty straightforward.

Seems agenda driven if one keeps it at the superficial level of trash talking the CEO....

Oh, the inhumanity of it all. The poor hapless CEO having to suffer the slings and arrow of outrageous fortune and over what I ask...a pittance of $70M that was, then wasn't, then was, then wasn't yet again?

Damn that GAAP and those pencil neck auditors with their strict accounting rules, playing only to the unimaginative, leaving precious little room for the wizards such as Bernard Madoff, Kenneth Lay and Martin Nielson to work their financial magic.
