Why are the names of the supposed Health Canada workers at this "pre-license inspection" blocked out? Why is the CEN Bio Quality Control persons name blocked out?


Why is the number 1 signing authority (above Bill and Sam) blocked out?

A lot of redactions on this report. I understand the telephone number and email addresses, etc being redacted, but who is the first signing authority? If you look on the report, Bill is #3, Mr. Alawieh is #2, but who is #1?

Red flags? Why is that considered confidential?
