Yes, promoters can indeed be a bad sign. Then again, Techno isn't paid on this as far as I can see. I'm not sure he is ever paid. And if you are saying something more general about others here, maybe with PROW they have skin in the game? Maybe they see a big upside? Remember that even promoters need winners now and then to attract followers. Anyone who is consistently wrong about stocks gets ignored.
