Eagleford wells are yearly improving of slower decline http://www.eia.gov/todayinenergy/detail.cfm?id=18171 so Treaty should try to obtain those that have figured out fracking on it to buy some royalty interest in (perhaps). But Bakken may be better as some well costs are less than 30/bbl there and most less than 60/bbl (don't remember story link it was recent with all the oil price drop though).
Peak Oil???That is laughable. All the experts now claim we have more than the Saudis. Peak Oil? Not in our life time and those that haven't been born are safe from Treaty's scam.
