Here is the only fact needed. Ultraflix will be on Millions of TV offering the largest 4K content. VOD is a Multi-Billion dollar industry alone and even with a small percentage, it mean Millions in revenue for NTEK each month! Yes, each month.....so the only fact that matters is revenue, revenue, revenue..and it was going to be the major catalyst here driving the PPS.

Time to FACE that FACT!
