Think this way, if Kim was concerned at all, I think he would put out a fluff PR just to increase the pps, don't you think so? He could very easily do that! (It wouldn't take much)
So with that in mind, he is confident that when the time is right it will happen naturally!
He knows what he has!! And that IMO is exactly why he is quiet!
