You need to read the June 20 2013 PR and read the very bottom of what you just posted. People on this board are completely delusional. Nowhere does Intellect say that they will receive a milestone payment after phase 1 trials. Everything indicates that they would receive a milestone payment after successful phase 2 trials and applied for Orphan drug status. If you don't think I am correct James salmon, then just ask Maza if they will receive a milestone payment after this phase 1 trial is complete. He should be allowed to tell you if they are...I am going to say that he more then likely won't answer you though...lol. I am not posting false information...I am posting what the company has PR'd. People who are saying that a milestone will be paid after phase 1 is complete are the ones who are posting the false info. I will repeat what I wrote again...Intellect has never said that they will receive a milestone after phase 1. GLTA
