Some links for those wishing to do DD... It's always a bad idea to invest or hold stock in a company with red flags flying all over the place like there is with Treaty... To wait for charges and convictions would be silly as those investors would be the last out if they could even get out. And if holding restricted... Those currently are and would forever be untradeable worthless paper. I would NEVER buy restricted stock in any penny stock let alone one that is a obvious scam.
