If GOOG owns 25% of ATRN that in itself is enough for it to be in multi pennies. Don't forget a couple years ago ATRN was trading over $6/share. They didn't become current for nothing. I'm looking forward to a reverse merger and/or announcement of their business plans. Right now it moves on air with a few million share buy it could be .01+ in a heartbeat.
