It seems kind of odd for Stan Lee to be selling his home, at his age. Maybe he owns more than one. This is almost as odd as the Disney-"Zodiac"-Stan missing the two largest comic conventions to promote "Zodiac", thing.
I still hope POW! hits some positive revenue before it's sold. I wouldn't mind getting bought out at a premium or at a (new) peak share price.
I don't like it when odd things start happening...
