#209 RE: smartmoneyman #207

"smartmoneyman" you want a good laugh…because i literally fell on the floor in disbelief once i did this calculation.

UBIQ's PSR at todays manipulated closing stock price of $2.87 is…...(for readers who don't know PSR, its price-to-sales ratio, which is pretty much standard measure in valuing growth companies) WAIT FOR IT…..

644!!!!! SIX HUNDRED FORTY FOUR. Bhahauahhahahuahahahah are you kidding me…thats the funniest thing I've seen in awhile.

Let me break down it down for you. when looking at growth companies, PSR's can vary widely. The best value for you money are companies with PSR's of between .5- 1.5. YES YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY. What this means when investing in a company with .5-1.5 PSR is your placing a value of .50c-1.50c on each dollar of revenue the company brings in. PSR's for hyper growth companies can go as high as 30 and still be relevant in the marketplace, but that is a RARE case. Ideally, anything over 10 you want to stay away and wait for price to come down to a more appropriate level. NFLX for example, is widely known as being a somewhat overvalued stock in the market. People are willing to risk paying for a higher premium for it now because they believe in its future growth story. NFLX's PSR at todays closing price is 4.3! IF NFLX's PSR was equivalent to UBIQ's, it would make NFLX's stock price a whopping $54,989 PER SHARE. Who in their right mind would pay 54k/share for NFLX? Only a crazy person, or an incredibly naive person who has drank the kool-aid that anyone who is associated with this company or pushing its stock has told them.

NOW, back to UBIQ and its borderline illegal PSR of a whopping 644. Your telling me that UBIQ and its groundbreaking 10 year old, completely irrelevant, technology is worth $644 for every $1 dollar in revenue the company brings in?

To put things in perspective….If UBIQ's PSR was equal to NFLX, and even that is GREATLY over-valuing it, it would equal a share price of .018c. you can't make this stuff up, facts are facts.

Smartmoneyman, i wish you the best of luck in sucking in more and more unsuspecting people into piss poor "investments" so you can pry their hard earned money out of their hands.
