I agree.that makes the most sense.I think the company is trying the best way they know how to bring us out of this hole we are in.there are other forces we have to deal with.
Regular traders wouldn't be that stupid...they don't have that kind of shares & a low avg. to whack on the bid. Either the SOB Noteholder(S)...same as the company...or SOB shorting MMs/brokers~ The CEOs of some of the dirty brokers & MMs should serve prison-term!!!
I'm not following this logic, not saying it isn't true but at what price would they have accumulated from and they surely wouldn't sell for a loss. In my mind it's free shares being thrown out there so it can be anyone APT paid with shares including IR. I really don't know, just my logic.
