Honestly, this is what I don't understand about charting. This is not going anywhere without some news. I would think it is time to get some which would make a breakout claim look accurate, but it is not going to magically go up in a news vacuum. And as good as I think the new team is, I cannot vote for any bonuses for them. I know they cannot manufacture news, but it would be nice to see some progress with the FDA.
