Uhhmm, I believe your apparent state of denial continues in the face of the Federal Bankruptcy Court in California confirming that TMMI successfully came out of in June of 1998 with ownership of VDK 1 thru 1.4 and the licensing rights to VDK 1.5 thru 1.9. OOPS!
