How does somebody 'try' to subpoena ?

Either a subpoena is issued or it's not.

And if one is never issued no one would know it existed.......so it sounds like somehow (cough, cough) you know msg board posters were served.

We all pray for your success in suing John Bordynuik back into the Stone Age. May you recover all the damages you seek from that despicable conman, and receive abundant punitive damages as well!

Perhaps in your victory, when the courts are done transferring his assets to your name, you will find it within your heart to give Bordynuik a good monthly rate to live in one of the smaller rooms in his ex-motel.

He might find himself alone and poor when he's demolished in the courts by his fraud victims. But even a lowly fraudster like him deserves a roof over his head. You probably need not bother providing the li'l chimp with clean sheets.

Furthermore, because of your litigation, all JBI shareholders will be doing the HAPPY-DANCE all week long. What could possibly be better than another FRAUD-DIVVY!!!!

P.S. When you find out who those "14 friendlies" are who Bordynuik illegally greased with free shares, perhaps the IRS and Canada Revenue should be informed. We wouldn't want any "friendlies" getting away with tax fraud!
