Any information regarding RFI and the status of current contract negotiations.
Information regarding technologies and future products.
Obviously if they got to a point of obtaining a financier who is serious there would be a confidentiality clause and adherence to SEC rules.
Giving someone 20 million on their word would make one an idiot.
