Look back at gwgo, regularly late filing, but files with in reason. Will do nothing to the pps, imo...
Sean,,,, your crap getting old. I've got all div's promised since july. Aug 05 and Nov 05. Have 300k free shares.
I feel most people are just waiting to see how the spin offs and div's work out. I am. But gwgo is like very large percent of micro and sub penny mining companies that never seem to make any money from mining just stock issues.
I for one want out of any penny that has any mining interests.

but they DID do the right thing in filing the NT 10-K.. Id have to look and see "how" late you have to be to justify the E.. this happens all the time.. most recent I can think of on my list is BUGS..
