Dinosaur Securities, LLC is a Private Placement co. That means SVFC will give them shares too sell. Dinosaur Securities, LLC makes Money on what they sell and that takes time(a long time in most cases). It's just another outlet to sell. They do find companies that may buy or merge with SVFC, but that IMO, will never happen! Thus the Pump. JMO
