If EAPH has a deal with MDRM, then that deal should be noted in the footnotes to MDRM's Audited financials as a commitment.

MDRM's financials show NO such commitment and MDRM's deal is really very flimsy, only having put up $46k for an option. The audited financials go to great pains to talk about the possibility of the deal not coming together and MDRM not being able to raise any funds to complete the deal.
