You're DoubleJ23. I for one don't mind that warning and would feel more secured if it carried it due to lawsuits that could arise if they don't list it. Avoiding a nightmare situation is good because we don't want to see Cellceutix name on day time TV lawsuit commercials.
Thanks to you and BK for the replies. I was hesitant to bring it up, lest I be accused of trying to manipulate the stock price to further my daytrading empire. I guess I have not been reading the board long enough to catch the previous discussion on the matter. Thanks for the clarification.
