This purchase is just another red herring.

Or,... conversely,.... this purchase is a sign that an insider had ~$300K to spare burning a hole in his pocket and felt that there might be a solid return on that $300K in the future if he put it in more NNVC stock.

As long as were spit-balling on interpretations,.... could fall out this way as well.
