PROOF:

CURRENT…….CURRENT INCC management was given a CHILL……..it still is in effect…….that is one piece>>>>>>management that operates OUTSIDE the proper guidelines and gets a CHILL

2, 3 businesses set up within weeks of each other, being Acquired through stock transfers and favoring OTHER family members OUTSIDE and INSIDE of INCC……( ever heard of ETHICAL "arms length transactions???" ) ….….major RED FLAG

making several leading promises…….SEVERAL……..concerning unsubstantiated revenue streams and PATENT applications, international "partnerships",,,,,suspicious communication to select shareholders>>>>>>>>>>"safe harbor" is not for PENNYS, but INCC includes all those safe harbor assumptions in its PR's…..( if an investor does a 'competitive review" of management and cultivation costs for a plot of similar size as Chaffee County plot,,,the costs range form $250,000 to $2M….PER YEAR……not $12M……..so when INCC asks me to believe, AND BUY, a Ford Pinto for $500,000 versus the MARKET price of $5,000.00….I know the price is WAY out of of line…)

SO there are 3 RED flags that lead to suspensions…………question answered

Oh…BTW…if we had the SEC PROOF…..it would be TOO LATE for INCC……..they never tip their hat of who they investigate PRIOR to the shut down……….common knowledge for experienced investors
